There is a few reasons why you have audio problem. Your phone got wet, you dropped it, dust or lint, etc. Basically your phone thinks it is docked!!! I am here to help you guys get your phone back and up running so comment below if you still need help.
If none of this helps you may need to buy a dock connector kit with the tools you need and its an easy job. It cost less than $10. Let me know if you guys need help with this too.
